Digital technologies and Chinese Interpersonal Communication on the Mainland and in the Diaspora – the Case of COVID-19

About the Experiment
Thank you for your interest in this research. The purpose of this study is to understand how local and diasporic Chinese use digital technologies in the COVID-19 outbreak. If you are someone who were in China between January to March 2020, or are in the *diaspora, you are invited to an interview! The interview will take 45 minutes using phones, WeChat, or Skype (of your choice). Please click the register link below to reserve your spot.
* Diaspora is defined as someone lives outside but has strong connection to China. Including but not limited to international Chinese students, or immigrants/foreign workers whose family was in China. If you are someone who has strong connection to China, and communicates with your Chinese family/friends on a regular basis, you may participate our study.
* You will receive $10 CAD (or the equivalent currency of your choice) as a token of appreciation for participating in this study.
